Copyright and usage permissions
If you want to use MiNiCO characters, branding, images, games or other content in a project, clarify the scope beforehand. Send permission and licensing requests to [email protected].
Which content may need permission?
Logos, character designs, illustrations, product images, text, music, game content and combined works may carry different rights. Being able to download a file or take a screenshot does not transfer all usage rights. Third-party elements are also subject to their rights holders’ terms. Exceptions allowed by law remain unaffected.
Sharing a MiNiCO link
You may share a link to the relevant minico.tv page to introduce its content. Do not misrepresent the content or imply a partnership MiNiCO has not approved. Sharing a link differs from downloading an image and republishing it elsewhere; ask separately about the scope for reusing images or audio.
School, classroom and event use
Teachers and organisations may contact us about purchases, bulk orders or content use at an event. Using a purchased physical book differs from scanning its pages for public distribution. For copying, group distribution, event posters or publishing on an organisation’s account, explain which content, where and for how many people. An educational purpose does not automatically grant unlimited permission for every use.
Commercial use, licensing and brand collaborations
Use of MiNiCO characters in products, packaging, advertising, video, apps or paid events requires a defined written scope. Include your company or project name, the content, publication channels, duration, target territory and production quantity where relevant. Submitting a request is not permission. Use can be considered only within the content and terms agreed.
Social media and content creators
For a product review, event video or brand collaboration, describe the planned publication and the MiNiCO files you want to use. Tagging the official account or crediting the source does not replace every required permission. Projects showing children require separate consideration of image-use conditions and necessary permissions.
I want to report a rights violation
If you believe MiNiCO has used your content without permission, provide the page link, your relationship to the rights holder, the content concerned and your request. You can also report misleading content or fake shops using the MiNiCO name. Send reports to [email protected]. Do not include unnecessary identity or financial documents in your initial message.
